      - Future outlook of the business - Opportunity for professional growth - Incredible team that support each other - Sales can make a lot of $$$ - Recognition is celebrated - Customer centric business with awesome tech - Culture is brilliant and like no other workplace I have been part of

      - Growth means it's hard to stop still have focus, busy busy busy! - Australia is off the global grid in terms of timezone and not always recognised globally - Benefits in Australia

      Pros

      Great work life balance Work from home Wednesdays Good social activities (parties, gatherings, end of day beer fridge, pool table, table tennis, PS4, XBOX, table football etc) Bi-Weekly sharing sessions with free lunch provided. Good central location in London. A lot of opportunity to build on your strengths and learn something new.

      Cons

      Pension has low employer contribution. No cycle to work scheme. Benefits in general need work to make the place perfect.
