Last 3 years there were lot change where expert people has left company and now engineering is full of favouritism and politics by management people. Specially directors are doing favouritism towards their same location people in Canada, UK and US in terms of promotion and assigning work. Management and architect doesn't like if someone ask question or suggest another solution (they destroy your career in performance cycle). Director & manager hear close and favourite people only rather than people actually work and delivering solutions.
