The people are great to work with, the company offers a flexible work environment, which has made balancing work and personal life so much easier. And, there’s a strong focus on educational and career development. I’ve had access to a lot of valuable resources and opportunities for growth.

Cons

There have been quite a few organizational changes recently, which has made things feel a bit unstable, new managers have been hired to senior positions based mainly on their connections with the CMO.. The overall strategy shifts too frequently, difficult to stay aligned and focused.
