      Pros

      Work life balance is great, management is great and colleagues are great. No company goals either.

      Cons

      Company has been falling apart since Permera bought Mimecast. All top talent has abandoned ship and continues to do so.

      - It is very hard to list any pro for this organization in the current state - When I joined the company the culture was very good, the financials were very stable.

      Cons

      - The competition is eating Mimecast. They just cannot stay steady with AI taking a lead in protecting the emails - They acquired few companies to add the AI skill set to their product profile but it didn't pan out as per the expectation - The customers down sells is so much that it might lead to a major instability in a very short future - For the past 3 years, the company must have laid off around 400 employees. - If you are a high earner in the company then you are high on the list of being laid off
