Ultimately it’s all about the money and corners are cut where they matter. Disordered hiring, layoffs, dehabilitating resource limitations and advancement cul-de-sacs characterized my experience there, and when salaried, a systemic strategy of understaffing exploited workers for more than 60 hours of work a week regularly.
