Fair starting salary, ample opportunities to learn new skills independently, decent corporate culture

Cons

Ultimately it’s all about the money and corners are cut where they matter. Disordered hiring, layoffs, dehabilitating resource limitations and advancement cul-de-sacs characterized my experience there, and when salaried, a systemic strategy of understaffing exploited workers for more than 60 hours of work a week regularly.
