      Pros

      The product is strong and well liked by the customers. Hours aren't long and management is very understanding when you need time off.

      Cons

      Leadership has made some questionable decisions. There is very little to no growth available at the company. The company does zero marketing.

      Pros

      Not too stressful, summer hours, don't have to work past 6. All you have to do is make a lot of calls and you can be successful.

      Cons

      They take accounts away from you at the end of the year which can be frustrating, they seemed to move people around without much thought. Not enough upside in pay. Also, more telesales mentality than strategic.
