      Awesome Leadership, disappointing product

      Pros

      -My team leader, teammates, and our VP of Sales were awesome! -Great entry level position if new to the tech industry

      Cons

      -Production. Platform is ok but the documents being produced and delivered to the customer were often damaged and looked just awful. -Unprofessional environment that didn't have the proper leadership in place to control some of the over-dramatic nut bags that work there.

      You better find another place for a job as a software developer

      Pros

      - they understand that they are failing - there are some people who are advanced in technologies - work life balance is pretty much good

      Cons

      - the company pretends to be agile but in reality they got stuck with very old and outdated stuff they've had forever - short of skilled resources (I guess because of limited budget) - low base salary - poor benefits (medical insurance is bad, no sick days) - almost no annual merit increase - bonus is a joke comparing to other hi-tech companies - comparing to other software companies - there is not much to choose this one - no real carrier opportunity since there is no place for that

      Pros

      Agile company that has flexible leadership. They are willing to try new methods to be successful if presented in a convincing manner.

      Cons

      Some of the leadership seem to think that the only way to be successful is by putting in a lot of hours. This is not the case.
