      Some of the best camaraderie I've experienced in the workplace, the hiring managers have a real knack for finding people that work well together.

      Cons

      Upper management (the ones you don't see) seem to have a very old-style way of thinking about new initiatives which can leave younger employees with fresh ideas feeling very alienated.
