      Pros

      The health insurance is the best, the pay is above other jobs, the work is not hard, still getting raises and bonuses, able to see the economy coming back with increase in work with major companies,friendships, large % of employees have pride in their work and are staying with the company

      Cons

      Some favortism and rules not applying to everyone with complaints being filed but nothing corrected. ( example some workers continually late in some depts but in others employees are let go,) so it is up to each manager to determine the outcome instead of everyone treated the same. Many workers do not feel appreciated by their manager. Cigarette butts all over the yard, smoking in back areas...embarrassing when get visitors...looks like the club I go to.
