      The direct labor at Mimeo is a delight to work with. The building is a warehouse with air conditioner. Solid Maintenance and Facility departments.

      Cons

      You're only as successful as your ET members political clot and ability to tell stories. It seems as if story telling is encouraged more than driving sensical solutions to basic problems. Outside of Operations, the business owners do not appear to be held accountable to address issues in their organization that would benefit the bottom line.
