bullying, strong hierarchy, no team spirit, no help from management, bad bonus structure, lost HR department, ambition is frowned upon

free breakfast parties 5 a 7 35 hour weeks/summer hours (ending at 1 pm on fridays) only for people who do not work in the call centre diverse workplace gym allowance upto 500$

Cons

nepotism hard to move up pay is 11$/hr for inside sales reps and 13$/hr for call centre agents no rrsp plan
