Pros

Corporate environment Great pay & unrivaled benefits package Leaders in the IT field. Run the largest websites in the world. World famous brands.

Cons

Bad low performing employees get Bonuses and salary increases each year which is unfair to the others Employees get used to the generous benefits and how good they have it and eventually start complaining and taking advantage of this despite choosing to remain at the company. Too much salary transparency. Everyone knows what their colleagues are making. HR is hard to reach. Office is noisy many times.
