Great insurance benefits, perks(gym allocation, study subsidy, discounts, annual bbq , flex schedule), free breakfast monday to friday and annual bonuses.

Cons

Not opened to work remotely, vacation weeks are limited, salaries and bonuses are capped to companies performance undermining employees dedication, RRSP contribution not matched by the employer, no Christmas bonus.
