For a short ride you can do well and enjoy some perks depending on your role and level in the organization.
Cons
Management is fragmented and executives with engineering backgrounds are running sales and other businesses with little correlation to their skill set. Executives are arrogant and complacent and believe that they are smarter than all of the clients. Poor communication with employees and a pack mentality.
