Pretty much everything else, the company has changed a lot since 2010-2011, it's become a soul-less soul-crushing place. When I got hired, I got virtually no training from my team members, no chaperoning and barely any welcoming, mostly because everyone was so miserable and overworked. They have way too high scrum/agile capacity, I've seen teams with 300+ tasks scheduled for two weeks. All the codebases are pretty outdated, they are really strict about hours and work-time, the office is in a really bad location with nothing around to buy a decent lunch. Also, management is completely disconnected, building a career there mostly work by being friends with the right people, being Greek/Lebanese and showing off/stealing thunder from your team. The company's team spirit and culture are pretty dead, they make pitiful attempts at building it by forcing it down everyone's throat and having ridiculously high cash prizes for just participating in events and still, most people just don't care. That's what happens when you treat your employees as babies and trust no one.
