      The people are wonderful! Able to work from home

      Cons

      So many team members leaving the company. With Josh McCarter and Sunil both leaving and more CP execs leading the company is is starting to feel like a different company. We are quickly losing the strong culture that MB once had. It's sad to see.

      Pros

      MINDBODY provide a great environment for collaboration and learning. You can always find someone to help if you run into a problem.

      Cons

      The compensation is hardly competitive. You are also asked to meet unreasonable KPI's and you are asked to pretty much audit your own performance. They want to make sure you're being productive with every minute of your day while being paid a less than livable wage.
