      Find an entry level role. You will earn less than market. But you will get opportunities to grow in less than 6 months. Because the person ahead will leave.

      Cons

      Pretty typical corporate environment. running lean. attracting career driven folks. results first, people and customer outcomes last.

      Mindbody is trying to embrace DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging). A lot of work still needs to be done in this area.

      Cons

      Salary is not where it should be. There is little to no growth to move within the company for certain areas.
