Assign you to your own mentor. Very encouraging to network with other people within the business to see if anything else interests you. Will support and encourage you to pursue your goals. Hands on experience. Very encouraging to run your own projects. Super nice and welcoming coworkers and management. Wellness days are a plus.

Cons

Not a very structured first week. A lot of the interns were unsure what to do the first week of onboarding. There was multiple documents and sites that we were unsure what to do with.
