Company has great benefits and values equity, diversity, inclusion, feelings, etc.
Cons
As an employee from a purchased company, its tough. We never got to get away from startup type labor. I also was not compensate fairly for roughly the first year by Mindbody. It was like they refused to listen to the amount of tasks i complete and assigned me a salary based on role they gave me instead of the work and tasks i was resonsible for.
