      Pros

      It's a culture of happiness! I've never been in such a positive environment. Management encourages you not only professionally, but in personal aspects of life too. So thankful to work for such an amazing company!

      they have a fair compensation plan, and decent employee perks.

      Cons

      I worked at Mindbody for a little less than a year, but not by choice. They hired me and a bunch of other people, trained us up, hyped us for all the new upgrades to employee perks and insurance, and then fired us a month and a half in with no warning and terrible severance. And on top of that, my manager wouldnt respond to me at all afterwards with help on information on what to do next.

      Individual contributors are smart and try hard - I left is the best pro

      Cons

      - who in their right mind thought a rash CEO who works off his spur of the moment rage would be a good fit is beyond me - customers rightfully hate MindBody because it’s the worst software I have ever seen - employees get blamed for resources that are unavailable for them to do their job - competitors in the space are doing amazing and customers should continue to move to them because of how ahead in the space they are
