      Leadership Doesn't Value Employees or Promises

      Pros

      Individual employees are strong. Some teams are great to work with

      Cons

      Senior leadership is completely tone deaf. All team meetings with rosy outlooks immediately followed by emails saying we need to work on days off, and we don't have enough money to pay out PTO balances that we committed to 10 months ago. The policies are atrocious, and the method of delivery (email, slack) and words used (blame the employees for not taking the PTO) are indefensible. There is so much focus on the short term dollar cost and so little foresight on the impact to the company's most valuable resource: it's employees. These policies will end up costing more money than they save, even if the only thing they care about is money they're making the wrong choice.

      Horrible company that prides profit over employees despite their "we are a family" core value that is just a front.

      Pros

      Realizing that when a company says "we are a family and we will fight for you" they are lying and protecting their corporate interests.

      Cons

      Vista (who bought MB) turned it into a typical corporate job. Getting cheap labor in other countries instead of hiring the people back that were laid off over covid19.

      Pros

      Worked here for over a year! The first few months was really fun, mb had plenty of investor money to burn and they did. Free snacks, lunches, wellness card, PTO, etc.

      Cons

      The majority of employees here tho realize that the whole company is basically a mirage. CEO says one thing, company does another. A couple examples; ceo blatantly lieing through his teeth on quarterly earning calls, telling media no one will get fired bc of acquisition; 1/2 my offfice already did. Hopefully vista doesn’t try to squeeze the actual mb clients any more than they already have, bc the subscriber cancellations already through the roof. They treat the clients horribly, the product is also terrible, and a lot of the company processes are extremely flawed. Now that is has been acquired, things could change, but honestly more likely that the company gets gutted and sold off.
