Pros
Huge runway for growth as a business and within each role. Has the benefits of a well-established company (PE backed, don't have to worry about fundraising), but with the scrappiness of a startup. Each person has the opportunity to be visible to executive leadership and really make an impact. Promotions and growth opportunities are there if you show the value you're bringing to the org. Excellent work/life balance - they really practice what they preach when it comes to employee wellness (wellness days off, wellness stipend, discounted classpass, etc.)
Cons
Lots of foundational updates needed for the product (we are getting there!) and the product is very complex, which leads to complexities for GTM and marketing. Change is constant, the people that thrive are the ones willing to evolve with the business.
