      Decent benefits, including wellness days.

      Cons

      Terrible, careless, tactical executive leadership. Zero accountability and ownership with dictatorship management style. No strategic thinking or innovation. Also, lack of empathy and concern for others and could care less about diversity, equity and inclusion. Work and directives barked down and/or done in silos. Just awful.
