Pros

Good benefits, 401k, recess during work, 60 dollars a month to spend at places who accept mindbody bucks for haircut, massage, yoga, gym membership etc.

Cons

Horrible management. When they went CORPORATE they stopped caring about their employees. I started off in technical support and moved on to Premium Support. Training for entry-level is acceptable but when promoted to different departments they have no training program and expect you to learn on your own. They criticize and tell you everything you're doing wrong but nothing you're doing right. The right hand doesn't know the left. They company is growing faster than they can keep up with. I got fired for not knowing my job with very little training. The management team here and HR department are the worst I've ever encountered.

Thank you for your review! We value our team members and are proud to provide career growth and development opportunities. The process of switching from one position to another can vary depending on the position that a team member transfers from, as well as what is needed to bring a new team member up to speed. Team members in a new role are supported by their managers and teammates, and have the opportunity to seek and receive other resources in addition to the assistance provided by the team during the transition period. We will continue to support our team members in development in their roles, and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to make friends, better wellness program than I've ever had (compared to no wellness programs in past jobs), many different departments so you can almost go anywhere after the 1 year transfer period. Fun people for the most part. There is a slide. Massage, acupuncture, facials and waxing onsite. Monthly wellness money to use for gym membership, yoga, facials, massage, hair cut, etc. 401k match, FSA card, health insurance benefits, free lunch n learns. Fun events going on periodically. Quarterly parties with free food and booze.

Cons

Top leadership has gone down, HR department is horrible, judgmental, and is hard to get authentic help from. Depending on manager, praise, recognition, and validation is hard to come by. Onsite bistro is disgusting, even after the amazing installation of a restaurant grade kitchen.

Thank you for your review! It's good to see that you've got a great view of the many benefits that we provide for our team members; we've worked hard to ensure that we provide our team members with a wide range of benefits that will enhance their lifestyle and work experience. Our wage levels are set in line with the market to be competitive and reflective of area living; and a comprehensive benefits package is provided. Our managers and People & Culture team are receptive to constructive feedback from our team members, and we will continue to seek out and make improvements to our processes. Thanks again for your review.

Poorly Run Company

Pros

The customers are the only positive at this company.

Cons

This is the most poorly run company I have ever worked for. Some of my work associates have said that they feel this company is well managed. I say they must not have worked for anyone who knew what they were doing. because this management team doesn't have a clue. They underpay staff and then wonder why they have such high turnover. The high turnover lead to inefficiencies in jobs and tasks, since very few really know their jobs because of high turnover. The management is poor at knowing how to allocate its resources to get good results. If they continue on the path they are on they will be out of business sooner than later.
