      It was good for a few years

      Pros

      I was in sales for 3 years and watched the company grow. Very easy going company to work for as long as you hit goals. It was great to learn about a great product. Fun and fitness built into the work day.

      Cons

      Sales team seem to have it the hardest. Went from a solution sales environment with new staff learning a lot about the product to then being scripted calls with no training for new staff on the actual product prior to contact with potential clients. Many senior sales staff were leaving due to not feeling wanted. Even being one of their top sales people I had no increase in salary for the last 2 years.

      Pros

      Benefits galore! Insurance (Life,medical, vision and dental).65.00 in Wellness Vouchers (this is a fringe benefit, so you are taxed on it). Retirement options, Stock options. Onsite Wellness classes and massages... You make great friends working here.

      Cons

      Poor communication between departments. Hard to get feedback from management in a timely manner. Hard to get training on things. Hard to move into a manger position unless you have friends in the right places. Hard to leave work at work sometimes. Some departments ask employees to work extra hours from home so that projects that are not urgent can get done.

      Cut throat sales environment

      Pros

      The CEO really is awesome. He is a down to earth guy. Great vision. It used to be great, it's the managers for the sales team that are ruining everything. It is a good product. I am only speaking for sales.

      Cons

      Managers are the down fall. The pay is not very good compared to other places, but it makes sense you get to live in SLO, which is awesome. Management is changing everything, all the managers are previous sales reps. Things aren't distributed fairly. They choose to reprimand some for shady things but they definitely pick and choose. Pretty much if you're caught stealing and you're a good rep they will give you a slap on the wrist but if you are bad rep, pack your bags. Nothing is consistent, which to me is a lack of management experience. If you choose this job, get ready for nothing to be fair. If you are not cut throat and ready to ruin some relationships, don't work in this department.
