      Pros

      The work environment is the best part of this job- everyone is young, there are a lot of Cal Poly Alumni, innovative and fresh thinking, there are different types of chairs (balls, standing desks, etc.) to mix things up and keep you fresh. Everyone is friendly and fitness-orientated.

      Cons

      There was low pay initially and my job responsibilities did not align with what I applied and interviewed for. There was also a lot of turnover in my department.
