When I first walked into MINDBODY for an interview I felt what Dorothy must have felt when she opened her eyes in OZ, and seeing for the first time in color. I was amazed at the energy or vibe of the place, and to this day I remain amazed each time I go into the office. The things that stands out to me the most is our culture of humility. The only way to keep so many people working together as well as we do, in such a fast paced environment, is to remain humble at all levels. I've also never seen a company that truly walks it's talk about it's core values. As a middle manager I've seen both senior management and front line employees strive to be an example of our core values. It make it real to me when I see our leaders work so hard to be an example for everyone else. It also doesn't hurt to work at a place that; has consistently voted as one of the happiest places to work. or has on site massages. or has great coffee.

Flexibility. Great atmosphere. Great perks such as excellent health care and parties. If you work hard and don't give in to the easy-going, bare minimum atmosphere in some departments you will excel beyond belief. The bar is set pretty low here. We are skyrocketing!!!
