Paid health, dental, vision, life insurance, bonuses, 160 hours PTO/year, 6 paid holidays, casual work environment, onsite wellness providers (massage, estheticians, etc), yoga and wellness classes, cafeteria, daycare coming soon, very fun group of people.

Cons

It's more of a challenge than a con, but it's very fast paced, lots of change and you have to be ok with that and very adaptable. This is the world of SaaS. It's fierce, and it's about survival. Everyone has to do their best. B players are not tolerated.

The company shows their caring nature with wellness benefits, fun activities and fitness classes at work as well as a CEO who truly cares about keeping the culture alive and well. By helping us use the Core Values as personal quarterly goals, it reminds us to be the best people we can be.

Cons

Sometimes Tech Support can be stressful, especially in the first few months of my employment.

Very positive spirit in the company. Everyone is always willing to help and listen to you. Also, they are very patient as you learn the software, and want to make sure your comfortable.

It can be difficult at times to get the time off you want.
