Great environment, friendly co-workers, good compensation.

Cons

Getting time to go company sponsored workshops is a little hard to do because they do not want us leaving the phones, but why offer the workshops to Technical Support in the first place then. Only downside.

Pros

Allows you the freedom to work independently. This is not a job, it's a way of life. They had a basketball net and recess items to use. They are pro fitness and you can take yoga and fitness classes at work. The coworkers there are amazing and super friendly. Management was friendly, but strict.

Cons

Not much for advancement in the locations that weren't the headquarters.

Growing, entry positions usually opening up. They tend to be hard to get yourself in the door. Your network will help you out here.

Cons

Growing a bit too fast, experiencing acceptable growing pains. Also they don't respond after the interview unless they take you on, so you could be left waiting.
