Team members are awesome and management staff is easy to communicate with great money and commisions Great place to start your career.

career progression within the office outside of the US Transparency within the company from head office down. which isn't too much of a con if you are a bit like me that just wants to work in a fun environment and make money with a product that actually helps people have a better business
