      Pros

      Company who actually live by their core values, who are willing to admit their mistakes and course correct and who provide a safe and supportive work environment. It is an exciting time to be a part of the team in Surry Hills!

      Cons

      Not so much a con - but you must be open and willing to evolve and adapt. No 2 days are the same at MINDBODY. It is a great challenge to have.

      Pros

      Training was top quality, the management really made an effort to give you as much support as possible, the company culture and staff were really laid back and friendly.

      Cons

      I felt as if they were unsure many a time with what they were doing; changing the pricing, the packages, the CRM, the commission structure, the pitch, to no script, to a hybrid, etc. It was a bit chaotic at times, leaving a lot of staff in the dark.
