      Pros

      This company is everything they say they are. It has been the most amazing growth experience personally and professionally and I cant thank MINDBODY enough. The culture is helpful, happy and everyone works together. They treat employees like family.

      Cons

      There are literally no negatives I can say about this company.

      Pros

      MINDBODY is a great place to launch a career; this company will provide the basic skill-sets and resume line in-order to move on to more promising paths.

      Cons

      As the title states, the company is a bit short coming with compensation. Yes they provide a decent benefits package as well as some musing job perks (monthly company "party", wellness stipend, quarterly bonus opportunities &c.) but I feel that is to focus the employee's attention elsewhere other than the paycheck.
