      Great benefits, fun work environment, growing company. Room to move around.

      Cons

      Its a very young workforce, which can sometimes feel unprofessional. They don't seem to pay well in many departments, and that can sometimes be apparent.

      Pros

      CEO was always warm and friendly, made you feel respected and needed. great benefits, great perks at the office, incredible place to live(San Luis Obispo). they are all about work/life balance

      Cons

      some internal politics (like any other company) departments sometimes run like small organizations but clash with corporate values and needs some people in high positions not necessarily the best, they just happen to be at the right place at the right time
