      Pros

      The sydney office has changed a lot since i started, it went from a cocktail of individuals working independently to a great team environment. I work with my best friends. I love coming to work and thank the office managers for putting us together. I look forward to mondays. Soooo close to central station. Great location

      Cons

      The office needs a facelift. Some clearer high level direction on our Asia expansion would be enjoyed by all. But its hard to find cons

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, great people and not typical for a sales environment. There is a real commitment to operating consistent with the core values as stated by the company which contributes to an ideal work space. At the end of the day it is a sales role and there is an expectation to meet targets. Be crazy if there was any other expectation. It definitely requires one to be accountable for causing this. There are many opportunities to build on commissions. I have been working here for 10 months now and I've been around and there are many companies who do not treat there employees any where as well.

      Cons

      Is any company perfect? Perhaps not, but it hard to view Mindbody in anything but a positive light.
