      great management; they really look out for their employees hours are extremely flexible great staff lots of social events take place

      Cons

      too much pressure to hit targets not enough career progression can become too competitive not enough training is provided to help the new employees

      Great Environment, a lot of work autonomy and freedom if you are hitting your targets. People are friendly and work environment is positive. It is still a small company therefore your voice is heard more than in large companies.

      Many people like to complain which can sometimes bring on unnecessary negativity.
