      Pros

      Great working environment nice views of the golf course and lake. Beats working in the city any day. Management in the UK Wyboston office are great. They have a genuine interest in your views and very supportive in your personal development. MINDBODY have a great Wellness plan which allows the staff to join gym's and participate in a variety of wellness and sports activities They follow the MINDBODY principle of promote from within which I have experienced personally and seen happen a number of times as our little team has grown to a large diverse multi-cultural and multi-lingual team of enthusiastic individuals. Other support department's have been setup to meet the ever growing EMEA clientele. You are encouraged to have a work life balance. Staff are friendly and constantly support each other. The CEO keeps us informed on the direction of the company as best he can. Work hard play hard that's how we roll! Woo hoo!!!

      Cons

      MINDBODY is experiencing the same challenges that any growing company and one that has recently gone public faces. Finding and developing processes that work. Keeping up with the software market and customers needs Having to rely on American HQ which has an 8 hour time difference for certain support functions is a constant challenge. Decisions get delayed due to the time it takes to get a response. HQ do not fully understand the challenges of the UK department (although it appears they are taking steps to rectify this)
