Pros

Great when you first start there. Very simple software solution Friendly people

Cons

Deceiving Management who don't really care about their employees. No real room for growth. If you close a deal for someone else, they will outright lie to your face and say "you might still have a chance to get it" No real connection between onboarding and sales Upper management will hide things from sales which cause long term confusion Towards the end of my career there, they attempted to impede on my Work/life balance and attempted to make us work later than possible because the office was evidently not making quota for numerous months in a row.

Pros

People surrounding you are incredibly nice! Easy to approach management, good training, company trips (maybe starting yearly?) Wellness card is nice! Work-life balance Pretty offices

Cons

*THE PAY. You absolutely DO NOT work here for the pay. It is massively low balled compared to similar positions in other companies, even outside of SaaS. I'm talking 10k-20k underpaid. Honestly, it's utter rubbish. I guess promotions could happen..? It's not much of a step up. The promotion position is hardly paid more, sometimes even less, and the timeline for this "promotion" varies greatly. Dull. Same thing over and over. The goal is far out of reach. There's maybe a small handful of people that hit it every month. If anyone hits it. They will tell you the pay can be great if you hit goal. Realistically, if you hit goal.. You're making the starting salary (before comm) at another company.

Pros

The “pro” is that I no longer work at Mindbody. Overall, the company has a unique mission and a good product to sell.

Cons

Senior leaders don’t understand how to scale a national sales team. In 1.5 years I’ve seen 4 different additions and subtractions to the executive team and none of which have made a positive impact on day to day work flow. Good leads are VERY hard to come by. If you sell something it will probably belong to another rep because the company uses an outdated version of salesforce that was clearly set up for one sales team (the favored SLO team) and then makeshifted into working across offices nationwide. Stay away if you’re a top performer... this sales department is bad.
