      Used to be great prior to the Vista acquisition and COVID

      Pros

      The people you work with are amazing, smart and talented. Benefits are in line with the SaaS industry. The core product is great.

      Cons

      C-level management has seen immense turnover. When the people at the top are leaving, that’s a red flag. Work load is really intense after they laid off over 700 people due to covid. Financials have never really been the same since. Pay is way below what other SaaS company’s pay. Promotions are normally just lateral “title changes”. Secondary products (FitMetrix) is extremely broken. Very little insight into what the product team is doing.

      The company tries to be "cool" and flexible

      Cons

      The customer service focus of this organization is terrible. Data migration and upgrades lead to huge increases in prices but outages, quality and user experience issues. Our customers hate us.

      Pros

      The fitness industry is full of the best people on the planet. It is a privilege to partner with them.

      Cons

      Missing alignment to purpose and vision. Pop culture and news headlines influence company culture. Huge disconnect on process and operations. Lots of noise and buzz but no improvement. It is difficult to serve our customer because our poor systems. I am writing this on 7/13/2021 after a specific process improvement project by a specific equity company.....
