Sales organization is a mess. Overpriced products that do not work. Extremely fast turnover. Pretty much unobtainable quota. The clients you are dealing with are extremely frugal and have been burned in the past by MB so the building the trust is very difficult. Micro management is at an all time high; whole sales organization is treated like a bunch of high school kids. The most useless meetings and “coaching” sessions I have ever been in. Unless this sounds appetizing to you, don’t do it.

After many, many years of enjoying working very hard & putting up with many changes, non of which has worked to lower call volume. It takes more than just being positive to continue massive growth. And its hard to continue to be positive when being falsely accused & singled out due to age discrimination. My team leader proved to be the death of me. Not looking to place blame, just stating facts. Now that they've sold out, like every company I've worked for seems to do, it'll more than likely suffer the same fait & become idle before slowly fading away
