      MB can absolutely skyrocket your career if you're looking to jump into the world of tech. The people, location and culture is what kept me around for years.

      Like most big tech companies be prepared for: 1. A surprising amount of tech debt. 2. Leadership pivots and role changes. 3. Engineering first design point-of-view. 4. Shallow career ladder

      Positive vibes all around and industry leader

      Cons

      With the unprecedented rate of acquisition and growth, Prod/Tech/Exp is at a high risk of burnout even to the most senior team members. Additionally, with more offices around the map and more need for collaboration, there seem to be little to no support of office transfers or remote work. Lastly.... actions are generally not taken as from quarterly surveys

      -Pretty laid back -Comp plan can be rewarding

      Cons

      -Saturated market makes the sales more difficult - A lot of changes recently, including a price increase which didnt help the reps. - lack of structure and guidance in certain areas. - I believe there was a loss of core values in the sales process where it became all it took to just get a sale.
