-MicroManaging, counting phone calls, constantly being compared to others in emails sent out daily
- The pay is not good, especially compared to the hours you are required to give. Some people stay til 8 pm at night to try and hit their numbers
-You are only a number to everyone
-No work life balance, we were told that while we were home "relaxing with a glass of wine that we should also be prospecting."
-Meetings where Management says "We can fire you at any time. It says so in the contract you signed with us". There is obviously no Job Security, which can be stressful.
- Continuous contradictions (ie. sell this, no wait don't), and pricing and salary changes. All in all it is a very young company that acts its age
- Sketchy and shady reps in a shark tank
- Not enough communication between departments, especially Biz Dev when it comes to third party integrations and their timelines and conversations
- Angry Stressed Managers, conversations such as "why would you take a lunch break when we have no sales for today, I would rethink that" have actually happened
- Drinking at the office. While that has slowed down considerably, there were many times where people were scared to leave the office as some of their co-workers were drunk
- Thinking that we are the same as SLO headquarters. We are more expensive to live in, people are constantly trying to go remote for that reason. We are also in a seasonal town, so it is very hard to get anything done in the summer.
-Getting docked PTO for going to the doctors office. It is going to take triple the amount of time to get there and back during these summer months and we are supposed to be about wellness.
-The CVA process is horrible and time consuming. The original way of doing it was easier. When we ask for help we are told to just click around until you figure it out. Not helpful.
- Owners of the company seem really concerned with bigger picture elements and are very out of touch with the team.
