      High Stress, Fun Team Members

      Pros

      The work is challenging, which has accelerated my learning in the space of SAS. The team members are enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      It was a very high stress environment. It has definitely lost its work hard, play hard charm in a remote environment. RIFTs have also put a lot of stress on teams to do more with less, which is not unique to the tech industry.

      Pros

      1. Get to work with academicians as well as people just from the industry. The team consists of a lot of people who have had PhDs from multiple domains as well as people with just Bachelor's but doing great. You get to work with a mix of talented people. 2. Mindbody stays true to it's name and heavily focusses on the well being of its employees which is a great plus point. 3. The AI team especially focusses a lot on learning and offers variety of resources to add to that.

      Cons

      Won't be a downside but if the team is new, have to deal with ambiguity otherwise no downsides.
