      Pros

      1. Very nice work culture. 2. Flexible working hours. 3. Nice concept of mindfullness days where you get holiday other than PTO. 4. People are always ready to help you. 5. You can opt for any work mode from Hybrid, Work from Office and Work from Home.

      Cons

      1. In last 4-5 years layoff happened 2 times, for the first time only US employees were affected and for 2nd time majority of Indian employees were affected. 2. All of a sudden company is not performing well at the time of appraisals. 3. Managers do have knowledge of our CTC, ideally it should be with HR's only. 4. Very few bossy folks you may find around you.

      Some of the great people are still there, but will leave Unlimited PTO is offeredbut no one can use it

      Extremely high turnover Recurring layoffs Financially unstable and not profitable Extremely low confidence in company No vision Deplorable “core values” Aggressive, abrasive, dictatorial executives DDC supposedly stands for Debate, Decide, Commit but actually means “Do it and Don’t Complain” No collaboration Highly tactical and operational 110% reactive Favoritism runs amuck Powerless managers and teams RIFs cut too deep so now people are overworked Unethical Pay not competitive
