Pros
A lot of talent is at this company, there is certainly mediocre employees that are here just for a paycheck but the opportunity to learn and grow from the talent around you is impressive. This is one of the few companies I know of where you can truly grow at, and evolve your "job" into a career. The benefits provided are great, especially for coming in on such a low tier type position.
Cons
It's easy to see that favoritism is at play and sometimes people impose their personal agenda/emotions into their decisions. My wife and I both work here and it's saddens me to see the difference in our experiences (everything from schedules, pay, to professional development appears to have suffered) . I no longer am in this position so cannot offer any insight as to why this has happened but even from another department I can tell that attrition is certainly plaguing that department. Factors I think that contribute to that: -Micro managing -Lack of true professional development -Favoritism -Lack of empathy and understanding for employees personal situations (we have a focus on wellness you know) -Inexperienced/unfavorable workforce scheduling -Unrealistic expectations -Assembly line production type attitude to taking calls. -Unneeded pressure from management on an already stressful position
