Schedule is extremely flexible. Actually, almost everything about Mindera is flexible like position, pay raise, time off, internal company involvement, types of people.

Cons

If you don't mind having no work to do at times, then you will have no problem at Mindera. However, if you must always be busy then not having work to do at times can be troublesome to find.
