Pros

Mindera has a very human approach in its relationship with employees. We work in global teams with different clients within a self-management framwork (no middle-management). Teams set their expectations with their clients and deliver on it. Cons

The company tends to support contracts with retail and sports-gaming companies. Wish there was more contracts within technology sector (they are headed in that direction).
