Working at Mindera has been like a dream come true for me. During my tenure here, I have really enjoyed the amazing work culture that we have in this company, and that is based on having the best interests of its employees at heart. The flat hierarchy here means all individuals are entrusted to be self-organized to deliver, something that goes a long way in shaping them. Very rarely does one come across a company that is as transparent in its functioning, as adhering to its ethics and values and as good at taking care of its employees as Mindera such that each one of us is a stakeholder in whatever success the company achieves.
