Pros

One of the best things about working at Mindera is the wide range of projects and people we can work with/at. Usually you are assigned to a project/team, but there's always the option to move to another project. The culture is also very free, which is good (and bad at the same time), but you'll find that most people can self-manage.

Cons

The company grew very fast, which caused mixed cultures between offices and new people not being able to experience the real culture that Mindera is supposed to have.

Cons

Salaries are well below average which makes attractiveness for more senior developers depend a lot on their current situation in life - if financial compensation is a priority, Mindera is not so attractive, unfortunately...
