Pros

Smart, normal, kind people. Free coffee in the break room.

Cons

Common cons of remote environment. Low customer count, poor account management. Not enough to do, tougher to make presence count from remote environment. Firing Manager gave me a 45 minute run down of his vacation before termination. Bit of a head scratcher.

Flexibility, Highly professional work environment, Sense of importance.

Cons

Nothing apart from the fact that you need an H1-B visa as an international student as Mindex doesn't have an international footprint.
